True North Vapor offers Canada-wide shipping using services by Canada Post. All shipping fees are calculated on total order weight and shipping location. 

• Expedited Parcel orders usually arrive 2-6 business days from the shipped date
• Xpresspost orders usually arrive 1-5 business days from the shipped date

Orders processed by True North Vapor usually ship within 24 business hours, but are potentially subject to delay due to volume fluctuations and other unforeseeable circumstances.

Free Shipping

We offer an on-going free shipping policy for any orders shipped within Canada at $199+. The eligible order total is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Our Free Shipping threshold was adjusted on Dec 28th, 2022 to align with the new excise tax that imposed by the federal government. True North Vapor has not increased the cost on any of our products beyond the excise tax amount required by the Canadian Government.
